On May 31st at 10:30 in F0.03 we will hold the final competition of the Distributed Systems course.
In this competition, AIs of multiagent ant colonies programmed by teams of students in C# using the AntMe-framework will compete in a simulation environment for points earned by collecting fruits, collecting sugar, and fighting off bugs.
The teams will first briefly introduce their solution, then the competition will be run, shown live on the projector. There will be several rounds, with the exact competition scheme depending on the number of teams.
The three best teams will earn a certificate, and the winning team will get a price sponsored by Brennercom, handed out by the previous guest lecturer Georg Herbst.
Further details about the rules of the competition are contained in the description of Assignment 5.
